Terms of Service

By accessing gibbor at gibbor.dev or signing up for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use gibbor.

gibbor is a launch platform where makers can submit, showcase, and share vibe-coded products and indie builds. Users can browse, upvote, and discover new products.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may only hold one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

4.1 Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to gibbor (product listings, descriptions, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant gibbor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in promotional materials.

4.2 Content standards

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or malicious code.
• Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Is spam or submitted primarily for the purpose of gaming rankings.

4.3 Moderation

gibbor reserves the right to remove or hide any content that violates these standards, or to suspend accounts responsible for repeated violations. We aim to provide transparent reasons for moderation actions.

Upvotes must be genuine. Purchasing, coordinating, or artificially inflating upvotes through bots, vote rings, or incentivized campaigns is prohibited and may result in removal or account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to gibbor's systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from gibbor without prior written permission.
• Use gibbor to send unsolicited messages or spam other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

The gibbor name, logo, wordmark, and platform design are the intellectual property of gibbor. You may not use them without prior written consent.

All user-submitted content remains the property of the respective submitter. gibbor does not claim ownership over submitted products or listings.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or for any other legitimate reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your public-facing content may be retained in an anonymized form to preserve platform integrity (e.g., product listings already upvoted by other users).

gibbor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

gibbor does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any product submitted by users. User listings are not reviewed for accuracy before publication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gibbor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of gibbor shall not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amounts you paid to gibbor in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on gibbor or emailing you. Continued use of gibbor after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
